HelpHarrow

HelpHarrow was developed as a partnership project to deliver immediate emergency support to residents of Harrow. This was initially focused on food support, but has since gone on to evolve into a one-stop shop for all aspects of support.

The council has been a key partner in setting this up, with the initial intention of HelpHarrow fulfilling the councils need to supply food to those shielding and unable to get alternative food support.

The system is now a robust and increasingly utilised portal for residents to self refer or be referred by a growing list of access points.

The principle of universal support, regardless of the resident’s situation, is enshrined in the HelpHarrow ethos.
